I’m Andy Fox.

I agree with you that having a vanity webpage in 2009 is a little stupid. I really don’t have a good excuse for it other than I bought the domain name so I could have a snazzy email address and then felt I had to do something with it.

I grew up in Sonoma, CA and Agoura Hills (CA) and now live in Santa Monica.

I’ve lived in other places too:

I work on the web, which is a good thing because i’ve always liked tinkering around with computers and websites and what they used to call “surfing the web”.

Now we call it “bicycling the web”. What do you mean nobody calls it that? I call it that. You can call it that too if you want.

• Golf… haven’t played in a month or so. Need to play soon. Last course: Fountaingrove (Northern Calif)
• Fishing… I dream of fishing every night. Last fish I caught was a 1.5lb trout in the Kern River.
• Aquariums… just started a 40 gal freshwater tank. 5 fish. Nothing too exciting yet.
• mini-itx computers… Next project, put a computer into an old wooden radio
• Reading… Currently re-reading White Noise by Don Delillo
• Cooking … Made a delicious orange caulliflower mashed potato gruyere dish a few nights ago
• Travelling … have been too busy to go very far lately. Next week Vegas for cousins soccer club championship game
• Drinking Wine… I Had a glass of Opus One on New Years Eve. yum. Regularly I drink Cabs, syrahs, bordeaux. Don’t like white wine very much.
• Fireplaces.. recently “installed” one in my yard. Alright it has wheels but is still pretty cool.
• Hamburgers . Yeah, you know that sandwich thing popular in the US?
• Mexico Planning a bachelor party in mexico currently.
• Cigarettes I really need to quit. But yeah, it’s a hobby
• critical thinking I dont do all that much of this anymore
• conservative politics/liberal thinking-lifestyle I voted for Bush. I’m a normal person.
